徐仁泰博士于1987年获得国立台湾大学电机工程学士学位，于1990年俄亥俄州克利夫兰的凯斯西储大学获得电子工程硕士学位，于1993年获得美国加州大学洛杉矶分校（UCLA）电子工程博士学位。他一直在半导体行业超过20年并拥有FAB加工，产品设计，集成电路设计和系统工程多元化经验。他曾担任美国国家半导体(National Semiconductor) 的高级芯片集成工程师2年。后来，他担任美国英特尔公司 (Intel) 高级产品工程师和首席设计工程师和设计经理12年 。  他的经验包括： 快闪记忆体，以及如AGP插槽，PCI-e Gen1/2/3， SATA 1/2，USB 1.0/2.0 高速集成电路设计的芯片组。自2008年以来，徐仁泰博士一直为创意电子公司作为在美国研发中心主任处长。他的研究小组已成功开发出各种硅高速SerDes的IP，如PCI-e 2.0，10G的 SerDes，XAUI,  SGMII，和SATA / SAS  2/ 3 等。目前他的研究小组正在研究开发PCI-e 3.0，USB 3.0， HDMI，10G BASE-KR等。
