歡迎報名參加由大椽股份有限公司(DIGITIMES Inc. 以下稱:DIGITIMES )所主辦、承辦、協辦各項活動。當您進行報名活動時,即表示您願意以電子文件之方式行使法律所賦予同意之權利,並具有書面同意 之效果。

DIGITIMES為確保與會者之個人資料、隱私及與會者權益之保護,於報名過程中將使用與會者之個人資料,謹依個人資料保護法第8條規定告知以下事項:

  1. 蒐集目的及方式
    本公司之蒐集目的在於進行活動報名作業管理、行銷及內部的統計調查與分析(法定特定目的項目編號為090、040、157)。
    蒐集方式將透過數位化、電話、紙本或傳真報名等各種方式進行個人資料之蒐集。
  2. 蒐集之個人資料類別
    本公司於活動報名時蒐集的個人資料包括
      1. C001辨識個人者:如與會者之姓名、地址、電話、電子郵件等資訊。
      2. C002辨識財務者:如信用卡或轉帳帳戶資訊,此資訊蒐集僅限於收費型活動。
  3. 利用期間、地區、對象及方式
    1. 期間:本公司營運期間。
    2. 地區:與會者之個人資料將用於台灣地區。
    3. 利用對象及方式:與會者之個人資料蒐集除用於本公司之研討會活動管理、合作夥伴管理之檢索查詢等功能外,將有以下利用:
      3.1 與會者結構分析:依蒐集之個人資料進行統計分析。
      3.2 行銷:與會者名單依蒐集之個人資料進行行銷使用,在與會者同意之下,本公司與合作夥伴將進行行銷、聯繫與訊息傳遞。
  4. 與會者個人資料之權利
    與會者交付本公司個人資料後,於報名時提供之個人資料,得向本公司請求查閱、閱覽、製給複本、補充、更正、
    停止蒐集/處理/利用、或刪除。與會者可來電洽詢(+886-2-87128866*317)本公司活動客服進行申請。

Welcome to register for events organized, undertaken, or co-organized by DIGITIMES Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "DIGITIMES"). When you register for an event, it indicates that you agree to exercise your legal consent rights via electronic documents, which carries the same validity as a written consent.

To ensure the protection of participants' personal data, privacy, and rights, DIGITIMES will use participants' personal data during the registration process. In accordance with Article 8 of the Personal Data Protection Act, we hereby inform you of the following matters:

  1. Purpose and Method of Collection
    The purpose of collection by the Company is to manage event registration operations, marketing, and internal statistical surveys and analysis (Statutory Specific Purpose Item Nos. 090, 040, 157). The collection will be conducted through various digital, telephone, paper, or fax registration methods.
  2. Categories of Personal Data Collected
    The personal data collected by the Company during event registration includes:
      1. C001 Individuals to identify: Such as participant's name, address, telephone number, email address, etc.
      2. C002 Financial identifiers: Such as credit card or bank transfer account information; this collection is strictly limited to paid events.
  3. Period, Region, Targets, and Methods of Utilization
    Period: The operating period of the Company.
    Region: The participant's personal data will be utilized within the Taiwan region.
    Targets and Methods of Utilization: In addition to being used for functions such as the Company's seminar event management and cooperative partner management index queries, the collected personal data will be utilized as follows:
      3.1 Participant Structure Analysis: Statistical analysis based on the collected personal data.
      3.2 Marketing: The participant list will be used for marketing purposes based on the collected personal data. With the participant's consent, the Company and its cooperative partners will conduct marketing, contact, and message transmission.
  4. Rights regarding Personal Data
    After delivering personal data to the Company, participants may request to access, review, obtain copies, supplement, correct, cease the collection/processing/utilization, or delete the personal data provided during registration. Participants may contact the Company's event customer service (+886-2-87128866 ext. 317) to make an application.

Personal Data Protection Clauses

  • 「2026 海廢影像辨識國際 AI 競賽」(下稱本活動)由國家海洋研究院 主辦(下稱主辦單位),參與本活動之參賽隊伍及其人員,於報名完成時即視同接受主辦單位所公布之競賽辦法、各項規則、公告與評審結果,若有違反之情事,主辦單位有權取消其競賽及獎金資格。若不願接受者,可於競賽活動之評審開始前自由退出評選,惟需以書面告知。
  • 參賽隊伍保證所提供與填報之各項資料以及競賽資料內容,均屬: (1)真實且無侵害他人權益(包含但不限於肖像權、著作權及或其他智慧財產權) (2)原創且並未抄襲他人或代筆之情形。如有虛假或侵害他人權益之情況,一經發現或經他人檢舉確認屬實,活動期間主辦單位得取消該作品之參賽資格;若為得獎作品,則取消得獎資格,得獎者並應繳回獎金及獎狀。若有第三人對主辦單位主張權利,參賽團隊應負責解決,並應負擔主辦單位因此所生之所有損失及費用(包含但不限於律師費用、訴訟費用、和解費用等),一概與主辦單位無涉。如有各項權利與創作時間先後之爭議,參賽團隊應負舉證之義務,並對主辦單位最後之判定不得有異議。
  • 競賽成果需未曾參加國內外競賽獲獎之重複作品,且同一作品不得在競賽期間參與其他國內外競賽。
  • 參與本次競賽之作品,其智慧財產權為參賽隊伍所有。參賽者可就參賽提案本身及衍生之智慧財產權轉讓或授權事宜,與命題企業享有優先洽談合作之權利。
  • 若超過最大參賽人數上限將依報名時間為依據錄取。
  • 本競賽指定採用 AWS 作為開發環境,將有專屬本競賽之開發環境,並於工作坊前公告之。本競賽結束後,我們會暫停您於競賽期間創建之 AWS 雲端服務空間與帳號權限,我們不負責保管您在上面的資料,請於活動結束前自行備份。
  • 參賽隊伍作品若涉及暴力、色情、詆毀、侮辱等或其他損害社會善良風俗、社會正義之內容,主辦/承辦單位有權終止該作品參賽權。
  • 所有進入決賽之隊伍及獲獎獎項由評審委員會視參賽作品水準議定,必要時得以「增設」或「從缺」調整名額,亦可由評審委員會決議更動獎項名稱。
  • 參賽隊伍因參與競賽而提供之資料(包括但不限於解決方案簡報、影片等各項製作物),同意無償授權予主辦單位於宣傳本活動之各項用途使用。如於競賽資料內容中有使用第三人之智慧財產權或其他權利(包含但不限於肖像權等),參賽隊伍應確認並擔保無任何不法或侵害第三人權利之情事,並已取得第三人對其再授權予主辦單位不限期間於台灣地區得以包括但不限公開傳輸、散布、公開展示、公開發表等各項方式利用之允許。
  • 參賽隊伍及其人員應以維護主辦單位聲譽為行事準則,若有任何問題,歡迎主動向專案人員反應,尋求解決,不應於未釐清事實前有任何詆毀之情事發生。
  • 參賽者所填寫之個人資料,主辦 / 承辦單位將善盡保密之責,絕不外洩,敬請安心填寫。
  • 當您透過本活動網站報名參與本次競賽,表示已同意本活動個資授權同意條款。
  • 得獎者需提供主辦單位所要求之完整領獎文件,並於指定時間內完成領獎。未依規定時間內完成手續者,視為放棄得獎資格。
  • 優勝隊伍之獎金屬個人機會中獎所得,依法須申報所得稅;個人實際獲得金額未達 20,001 元者,無須扣繳稅款。每位得獎成員皆須填寫並繳交本公司提供之「機會中獎扣繳憑單」,作為申報依據。
  • 主辦單位保有修改、暫停或取消本活動內容之權利,如有未盡事宜,悉依主辦單位相關規定或解釋辦理,並得隨時補充公告之。個資使用辦法:參加者同意 DIGITIMES 及合作單位(含主辦單位、共同主辦、共同協辦、技術支持夥伴、合作夥伴)將共同保有您的個人資訊。並依照個人資料保護法之規定,基於「2026 海廢影像辨識國際 AI 競賽」之執行、廣告、行銷目的,在台灣地區蒐集、處理並利用參加者所提供之個人資料,截至參加者主動請求主辦單位刪除、停止處理或利用其個人資料為止。參加者有權隨時請求主辦單位查閱、給予複本、或補正本人的個人資料,亦得隨時洽主辦單位表示拒絕主辦單位繼續蒐集、處理、利用或刪除其個人資料。若參加者不同意提供或提供錯誤之個人資料,主辦單位將取消參加者之參加或得獎資格。

  • The "2026 International Marine Debris Image Recognition Challenge" (hereinafter referred to as "the Event") is organized by the National Academy of Marine Research (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"). Upon completion of registration, participating teams and their members are deemed to have accepted the competition regulations, rules, announcements, and judging results published by the Organizer. In the event of any violation, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the team and revoke its prize eligibility. Those unwilling to accept these terms may freely withdraw from the selection process before the evaluation begins, provided that they notify the Organizer in writing.
  • Participating teams guarantee that all information provided, filled in, and competition content submitted are: (1) True and free from any infringement of others' rights (including but not limited to portrait rights, copyrights, and/or other intellectual property rights); (2) Original and do not involve plagiarism or ghostwriting. If any falsehood or infringement is discovered or reported and confirmed, the Organizer may disqualify the entry during the event; for winning entries, the award status will be revoked, and the winners must return the prize money and certificates. If a third party claims rights against the Organizer, the participating team shall be responsible for resolving the dispute and bearing all losses and expenses incurred by the Organizer (including but not limited to attorney fees, litigation costs, settlement fees, etc.), which have no relation to the Organizer. In case of disputes over rights and the chronology of creation, the participating team bears the burden of proof and shall raise no objection to the Organizer's final decision.
  • Competition entries must not be repetitive works that have previously won awards in domestic or international competitions, and the same work must not participate in other domestic or international competitions during this competition period.
  • The intellectual property rights of the entries in this competition belong to the participating teams. Participants enjoy the right of first refusal to negotiate cooperation with the proposition enterprise regarding the proposal itself and derived intellectual property rights transfer or licensing matters.
  • If the maximum number of participating teams is exceeded, admission will be determined based on the registration timestamp.
  • This competition designates AWS as the development environment, providing an exclusive workspace for the competition, which will be announced before the workshops. After the competition concludes, we will suspend the AWS cloud service space and account permissions created during the competition period. We are not responsible for backing up your data on the platform; please back up your files on your own before the event ends.
  • If a participating team's entry involves violence, pornography, defamation, insults, or other content detrimental to social morality or social justice, the organizer/host reserves the right to terminate the entry's participation.
  • All teams entering the finals and the allocation of awards will be decided by the judging panel based on the quality of the entries. If necessary, slots may be "added" or "left unawarded", and the panel may also decide to alter award names.
  • Participating teams agree to license materials provided for the competition (including but not limited to solution presentations, videos, and other outputs) to the Organizer free of charge for various promotional purposes related to this event. If a third party's intellectual property or other rights (including but not limited to portrait rights) are used in the competition content, the participating team must confirm and warrant that there is no unlawful infringement, and that they have obtained the third party's permission to sub-license the materials to the Organizer for an indefinite period within the Taiwan region, utilizing methods including but not limited to public transmission, distribution, public display, and public publication.
  • Participating teams and their members should act in a manner that maintains the Organizer's reputation. If any issues arise, please contact the project staff proactively to seek a resolution. No defamation should occur before facts are clarified.
  • The organizer/host will fulfill its duty of confidentiality regarding the personal data filled out by participants and will never leak it. Please fill it out with peace of mind.
  • Registering for this competition through this event website indicates that you have agreed to the Personal Data Authorization Terms of this event.
  • Winners must provide complete award-receiving documents required by the Organizer and complete the award process within the designated time. Those who fail to complete the procedures within the specified time will be deemed to have waived their winning qualifications.
  • The prize money awarded to the winning teams constitutes individual opportunity winning income and must be declared for income tax purposes in accordance with the law; for individuals whose actual received amount does not reach NT$20,001, no tax withholding is required. Each winning member must fill out and submit the "Opportunity Winning Withholding Statement" provided by our company as the basis for declaration.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the content of this event. For matters not covered herein, they shall be handled in accordance with the Organizer's relevant regulations or interpretations, and supplementary announcements may be made at any time.
Personal Data Use Policy: Participants agree that DIGITIMES and partner units (including organizers, co-organizers, technical support partners, and partners) will jointly retain your personal information. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, based on the execution, advertising, and marketing purposes of the "2026 International AI Challenge for Marine Debris Image Recognition", personal data provided by participants will be collected, processed, and utilized within the Taiwan region until the participant proactively requests the organizer to delete or stop processing and utilizing their personal data. Participants have the right to request the organizer to access, provide copies of, or correct their personal data at any time, and may also contact the organizer at any time to object to the continued collection, processing, utilization, or deletion of their personal data. If a participant disagrees to provide or provides incorrect personal data, the organizer will cancel the participant's eligibility to participate or win.
