徐啟威

工作經歷:

徐啟威先生是思科公司全球副總裁,負責思科在大中華區戰略轉型業務。徐啟威先生在信息與通信技術行業(ICT)擁有約三十年的經驗,已在思科任職超過十四年。徐先生是思科全球電信運營商委員會、思科全球可管理服務和雲計算委員會、思科全球運營商渠道理事會以及思科大中華區領導委員會的成員。他帶領大中華區戰略轉型業務團隊,發揮網路平臺優勢來聯所未聯的99%的人,事物,數據和流程而進一步改善生活,同時為個人,社區,國家創造前所未有的價值。在此之前,他帶領思科大中華區電信事業部團隊為大中華區的電信公司提供服務。用戶包括:中國電信、中國聯通、中國移動、中華電信、電信盈科以及有線電視和網際網路運營商等。通過與系統集成商、政府組織協作,促進電信運營商為公共和企業提供可管理服務及雲計算的服務。

ST joined Acer Europe in October 2010. He was in charge of Product Management of the Company's Touch Hand Held Business Unit until Jan 2012.

In January 2012, ST was appointed the President of the Acer Smartphone Business Group, and relocated to Taiwan Chartered with the mission of revitalizing and renewing the strategy and business execution roadmap of this important new Business Group within the Corporation.

ST has an extensive global experience working in multiple business groups and countries of the world while with Motorola before joining Acer. Especially in the areas of RD and Product Marketing, Portfolio Management.

Ko-Yang Wang

Executive Vice President , Institute for Information Industry (III)

Work Experience:

Dr. Ko-Yang Wang is the Executive Vice President for the Institute for Information Industry (III). He is responsible for business/IT strategy, industry partnership, and business development, as well as technology differentiations. He is serving on the board of directors of International Integrated Systems Inc. (IISI), Trinity Investment Corporation and MAPECT (Taiwan M&A and Private Equity Council). Prior to his current position, he was the Business Process Management (BPM) Practice Leader and Partner for IBM Global Business Services and an IBM Distinguished Engineer and a member of the IBM Academy of Technology. From 2007 - 2009, he was the CTO for the Enterprise Integration Practice and the Industrial Sector of IBM Global Business Services. He led the BPM and Lombardi initiatives in the Business Performance and Service Optimization (BPSO) Center of Excellence and the SOA for Packaged Applications Initiatives in the IBM Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) Center of Excellence.

Dr. Wang specializes in business development, business process and performance management and transformation, enterprise integration, enterprise architecture, SOA for SAP/Oracle, product life cycle management (PLM), enterprise service bus (ESB), web services, real-time event processing, enterprise portals, innovation management, and asset reuse and knowledge management. His more than 20 years of professional experience includes work with clients in the automotive, chemical & petroleum, electronics, financial, insurance, government, pharmaceutical, and telecom industries. He led engagement teams to develop BPM and integration strategy and architecture, and to implement SAP/Oracle legacy integration leveraging SOA. He recently led teams that developed service offerings such as: BPM Strategy and Governance Services, BPM Implementation Services, AIS Enablement Services for Smarter PLM, Smarter Information Management for PLM, Engineering Visibility, Control and Collaboration, Smarter Enterprise Integration for SAP/Oracle Centric Enterprises, and Integration Strategy and Hybrid Architecture Diagnosis.

 

Hanh Tu

Vice President , Cisco

Hanh Tu is Vice President of Cisco, responsible for Transformation Business for Greater China (GC). He has over twenty nine years of experience in the information and communication technology (ICT) industry. Hanh has been with Cisco for more than Fourteen years. Hanh is leading the GC transformation team to work with the local partners to connect the 99% unconnected people, things, data, and processes and to optimize the capability the network enables. Prior to his current role, Hanh led Cisco's Greater China Service Provider (SP) team to support all SPs in GC. Customers include China Telecom, China Unicom, China Mobile, Chunghwa Telecom, PCCW, cable operators, Tencent, Baidu, Alibaba, and many others. His team is also responsible for enabling Service Providers, Systems Integrators, and Government Organizations to offer managed and cloud services to public and private sectors. He and his team helped the SPs with new business models formation and innovative ways to leverage ICT to improve productivity and standard of living. During his previous tenure as the Vice President of Asia Pacific Service Provider business, Hanh was responsible for sales and for positioning Cisco as the leader in the infrastructure build out and NGN transformation of the wired line, wireless, cable, and internet service providers. Hanh is an executive councillor of China Association of Communications Enterprises represented by all leading service providers in China. Hanh also serves as Vice Chairman of Beijing Foreign Enterprise Investment Association.

Hanh Tu was previously with AT&T for more than thirteen years in various senior management positions. Just prior to joining Cisco, Hanh was Vice President of AT&T China, with responsibility for managing its China Operations, which included developing new business, managing consumer sales, and managing Internet services. Hanh was credited with deploying many new telecommunication services together with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the service providers of the PRC.

Hanh Tu graduated Magna Cum Laude from The American University. Hanh attained a bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Applications, and a Master's degree of Management Information Systems. Hanh Tu also completed Executive Programs at Johnson School of Cornell University.

Jeff Chen

Chief Technology Officer, Advantech

Work Experience:

Jeff Chen joined Advantech, as a business development manager in 1993. He led and built up a CPU board production center, and started up the Embedded Computing Group business later in 1999, and Advantech went on to become the #1 embedded computing board provider in the global market. He was promoted to Chief Technology Officer of Advantech in 2004, and built up corporate level engineering infrastructure as well as developing RD centers worldwide.

His major functions today are external technology resource surveys—based on Advantech's market needs. To help develop advanced technology and research, he works closely with groups and individuals such as independent research institutes, professors, and specific labs in universities and colleges. And, to develop and adopt technology policies and trends, Jeff also initiated and led many government sponsored programs at Advantech.

Adopt Advantech long term strategy, Jeff is also the chairman of some industry alliance party and actively involve the daily operation. That includes:

Ming-Whei, Feng

Dr. Ming-Whei Feng has more than 25 years of professional experience in the research and development of information systems, communications, signal processing, and smart energy system technologies. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with industrial, academic, research organizations and government agencies centering on applying state-of-the-art ICT to provide high value added services or solutions. She takes part in many government decision making processes and many industrial public and/or private partnership R&D projects.

Dr Ming-Whei Feng received her BSc. from National Chiao Tung University Taiwan and her M.S.E.E. and Ph.D from Northeastern University. Prior to joining III, Dr Ming-Whei Feng has worked in the U.S. ICT industry for over 10 years, including: BNN Systems and technologies, GTE Laboratories and U.S Robotics.

Dr Ming-Whei Feng has lead technology development programs funded from Ministry of Economic Affairs of over $2B. She has also published over 30 publications and patents. She has been awarded numerous awards: including R&D Magazine's "R&D 100 Award" 2011, 2012 and2013 for various projects, MOEA's Industrial Technology Advancement Awards, "Women in Innovation 2011" and "R&D Organization Excellence 2011", Chinese Society for Management of Technology "Outstanding R&D Team 2010", MOEA, "Excellent Project Director 2010". Dr. Ming-Whei Feng also serves as the board of directors Fujitsu Global Mobile Platform Incorporation and board of supervisors Taiwan Intelligent Building Association.
