Registration Information
- Admission is free. Advance registration is required and subject to approval. Registration closes on Friday, October 16.

Approved applicants will receive a check-in notification containing a registration number / QR code to confirm their eligibility to attend. Applicants who are not approved will also receive an email notification. If you have not received any notification, please check your registration status on the website.
- On the day of the event, please bring your check-in notification with the registration number / QR code to complete on-site check-in.
- In the event of a natural disaster (such as an earthquake or typhoon) or other force majeure, the event will be postponed. The new date will be announced separately.
